• 1. Game Rewards. Offer open only to United States residents who, as of 07/10/19, are 18 or older. Starting 07/10/19 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ending 7/8/2020 at 11:59 p.m. ET, players can visit billymeetsworld.lauvsongs.com ("Website") to play Billy Meets World, a free web game ("Game"). Create a free Game account ("Account") at the Website and play the Game to earn points for a chance to get rewards. See chart below for rewards available. Limit one (1) reward at each point level per eligible person/Account. Multiple people may not share an Account. Any attempt to participate with multiple identities, email addresses, Accounts, or by any other means, may result in disqualification. Use of any macro, bot, script or other automated means to participate is prohibited.


• 2. How to Play the Game. The objective of the Game is to direct Billy, an animated flying dog, as it moves continuously to the right, between sets of pipes. If you touch the pipes, the top of the screen, or the bottom of the screen during the Game, you must start over. Billy briefly flaps upward each time that you click with your mouse or taps the screen; if there is no click or tap, Billy falls because of gravity. Each pair of pipes that Billy passes is worth one (1) point.

  Discount offers cannot be used toward past purchases, shipping, taxes, or any other fees. Once you reach the number of points needed for a certain reward (per the chart above), you will see an on-screen message. All Accounts, Game play, and eligibility are subject to validation and verification by judges, whose decisions are final and binding on all aspects of this offer. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all decisions of the judges.


• 4. Delivery of Rewards. Once it has been verified that a player has reached the number of points needed to claim a reward, [A5B, Inc] will contact the claimant to arrange for delivery of his/her reward. As part of that process, the person claiming the reward may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release. If a player is not of legal age of majority in his or her state of residence, at [A5B, Inc's] option, the reward either may be awarded in the name of parent or legal guardian of such player, or parent or legal guardian of such player may be required to ratify and sign all documents. Failure to comply when requested may result in disqualification. [A5B, Inc] also reserves the right to review and confirm all facts to confirm eligibility. Allow up to thirty days for delivery of reward.


• 5. General Terms. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all decisions of [A5B, Inc], which are final and binding on all matters relating to this offer. [A5B, Inc] reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and seek prosecution to the fullest extent permitted by law against any person it reasonably suspects has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Game or this offer by cheating, deception, or other unfair practices, or has tampered with the Website, or any portion of the Game or offer, or has violated these Terms, or has acted in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or who annoys, abuses, threatens, or harasses [A5B, Inc], its agents, its assigns or any other player. You further agree not to engage in any inappropriate or fraudulent conduct, including using any automated means to play the Game.


• 6. Liability Release. By participating, you acknowledge you are solely responsible for your own actions and agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless [A5B, Inc], its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and divisions, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, assigns and licensees from and against any claim or cause of action, any liability for losses, damages or injuries arising in connection with your participation in this offer or the receipt of any reward. This includes but is not limited to, personal injury, death or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the offer or playing the Game. You further acknowledge and agree to release Facebook and Spotify, and each of their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, agents, advertising agencies, from any and against any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the Game or this offer and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the prize.
